1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the BackSpin website (backspin.in) and our venue services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Venue Booking & Events

All venue bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by BackSpin. Submitting an enquiry through our website does not guarantee a booking. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from our team and any required deposits have been received.

BackSpin reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving safety concerns, compliance issues, or misrepresentation of event details.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made 7–14 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable. BackSpin reserves the right to modify these terms for specific events.

4. Liability

BackSpin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our venue or services. Guests and event organisers are responsible for the conduct of their attendees. Any damage to the venue or equipment will be charged to the booking party.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of BackSpin and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Photography & Media

BackSpin may photograph or record events at the venue for promotional purposes. By booking our venue, you consent to such documentation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Images of attendees may be used on our website and social media channels.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

8. Changes to Terms

BackSpin reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
